An update regarding COVID-19

Yes, we plan to hold the Celebrate Life Festival as scheduled, August 30 - September 4. Of course, we are keeping a close eye on the evolving situation with the Coronavirus and will keep ticket holders updated on any changes. If Omega cancels the program for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Omega’s policy states: “Refunds are available (less a $55 processing fee) up to eight days before your program or stay.” For further details, please see Omega’s cancellation and refund policy (Rhinebeck Campus).

Omega is constantly monitoring the situation and working closely with the county and state health departments. Here is a statement from Omega's CEO, Robert "Skip" Backus:

"Together, we are charting new and uncertain territory. The extreme challenges presented by COVID-19 (Coronavirus) underscore the connection between personal and global well-being. It is an important reminder of our interdependence as a human family. I believe we have a shared responsibility to make careful choices, and an opportunity to stand together as a resilient community.

Please be assured that we are following CDC and New York state guidelines and also are taking additional precautions. From cleaning facilities, to screening job candidates, to educating our staff, we are committed to putting safety and well-being first as we prepare for our 2020 season.

On behalf of everyone at Omega, I want to thank you for your understanding and patience as we manage this unprecedented time in our communities. Let's continue to hold each other in our hearts, and to make personal decisions that are mindful of each other’s well-being."
