Today it is no longer capital and managerial know how that are the prerequisites for active participation in the economic process. Pivotal in post-industrial society will be the deep understanding of the people's needs. In demand are ideas and concepts: establishing of companies through creative concepts rather than intensive capital. 

Prof. Dr. Günter Faltin

Günter Faltin is lecturer at the Freie Universität Berlin where he has established the field of Entrepreneurship. His practical experiences in founding enterprises enable him to bridge theory and actively lived practice.

His idea of the "Teekampagne" has made him market leader in Germany since 1995.

Günter Faltin is also engaged as business angel and coach for various start-up companies
