In principle it is possible to provide your own food. However, a per diem fee of € 33 per person has to be paid in any case for Hof Oberlethe, covering the cost of the workshop facilities; this includes food and the whole infrastructure of Hof Oberlethe.

We have childcare provision for children from 3 years onwards (for children ready to go to kindergarden), daily from 10:15 to 13:30 in the mornings and 18:00 to 19:00 in the afternoons, at a cost of € 6 per child and per day. Children who are to take part in the childcare programme need to be registered with:

For teenagers and young adults between 10 and 25 years there is a Youth Camp happening with numerous activities and a separate tent as meeting point.

• Adults from 23 years onwards: € 15 per day, € 115 for the whole festival.
• Young adults (18 to 22 years): € 10 per day, € 65 for the whole festival.
• On the first day of the festival (Friday, 30thJuly) no organization fee applies; on the last day of the festival (Sunday, 8th August) adults pay € 10 and young adults pay € 5.
• For children and teenagers up to and including 17 years: participation is free.
• Donations go towards relief projects.

This fee will be used towards financing the organization of the Celebrate Life Festival (e.g. technical equipment, travel expenses and accommodation of speakers and workshop leaders)

Next to a very varied Festival programme there will be small sharing groups of about 8 people who accompany and support each other during the time of the Festival. A well-developed infrastructure provides smooth operation during the meals and also guarantees sufficient sanitary facilities.
